Tracking

Delays
Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can extend delivery beyond the estimate. If your order is running late, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your building, then contact us so we can open a carrier claim.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it.
