What does RAINLY filter?
RAINLY's multi-stage cartridge is designed to help reduce certain unwanted substances commonly found in shower water, such as sediment and chlorine-related compounds. Results vary with your incoming water quality, temperature, flow rate and filter age.
Does it remove chlorine?
The filter media is designed to help reduce chlorine-related compounds in shower water. We do not publish removal percentages until independent testing is available.
Does RAINLY soften hard water?
No. RAINLY is not a whole-home water softener and is not designed to remove all dissolved calcium and magnesium from water.
Does it affect water pressure?
RAINLY is engineered for a strong, satisfying flow. Pressure depends on your home's plumbing, and a clogged or aged filter can reduce flow — that is usually a sign it is time to replace the cartridge.
How many spray modes are there?
Four: Spray, Rain, Mixed and Rinse.
Does it have a STOP button?
Yes. A one-touch STOP button on the handle pauses the flow while you lather, shave or shampoo.
How often should I replace the filter?
We suggest replacing the cartridge about every 2 months. Replacement timing depends on your incoming water quality and how often you shower.
How do I replace it?
Unscrew the handle base, slide the used cartridge out, insert a fresh one and screw the base back on. No tools required.
How do I know when it needs replacing?
Two signs: visible discoloration of the cartridge, or a noticeable drop in flow.
Can I purchase filters separately?
Yes — replacement filters are available on their own in multi-packs.
Will RAINLY fit my shower?
RAINLY uses the standard U.S. handheld shower connection, so it fits most standard hoses and mounts.
Do I need a plumber?
No. Installation is hand-tightened and requires no plumbing work or bathroom changes.
How long does installation take?
Most customers are done in a few minutes.

Yes — the Complete Kit includes a stainless steel hose and a wall mount holder at no extra cost.
